Her background includes handling employee relations, payroll, compensation, benefits, staffing, training, organizational development and mediation. She has worked in various industries including retail, staffing, non-profit, real estate and education. Mrs. Walker is an active member of the National Association of the Society for Human Resources Management, Dallas HR Association, and she serves as a board member for a national charitable and civic organization.
