The project will be constructed to Midlothian City Standards with the streets being concrete 25’ from back of curb to back of curb, with gutters and underground drainage within a 50’ ROW. All utilities and lot services will be underground inside a 20’ utility easement.
Water service shall be provided by Mountain Peak Special Utility District and sanitary service shall be provided by City of Midlothian with service taps located on the front of each lot. Franchise utilities will be provided by Oncor Electric and AT&T. All amenities will be professionally engineered and designed to establish and beautify the project from the outset.
