Aday Estates is a project being developed by Encore Land, LLC and is located on FM 66, one mile west of I-35E in the Waxahachie Extraterritorial Jurisdiction, Ellis County, Texas. The project will offer 36 estate home-sites on large one acre lots.

The project will be constructed in Waxahachie City Standards with the streets being 24’ wide concrete with barrar ditch drainage on a 60’ ROW. All utilities will be underground within 20’ utility easements. Water services will be located on the front of each lot and provided by Buena-Vista Bethel Special Utility District. Individual aerobic septic systems will be the responsibility of the builder. Electric and gas service will be provided by Oncor and Atmos, respectively. A professionally-designed landscaped masonry entry feature and screening will be constructed on FM66. All amenities will be professionally engineered and designed to establish and beautify the project from the outset, in an effort to provide long-term quality and price appreciation.
