Guy’s experience spans more than 30 years of preconstruction and construction projects throughout the United States.

Guy has been involved in preconstruction and construction phase of many types of projects including health care, aviation, travel plazas for several Native American tribes, hospitality/gaming, retail, manufacturing, retirement centers, sports venues, medical centers, and Energy Assessment of existing buildings.

He can take the “idea” of an Owner and Architect from concept to reality by managing the preliminary activities from budget presentations and conceptual cost models to complete GMP estimates. Guy is adept at reading “between the lines” on preliminary drawings and accurately interpreting the Owner’s or Architect’s ideas into realistic numerical values. His experience in all aspects of construction is a vital asset in preparing a realistic and accurate estimate.

An important part of this preconstruction process is to dissect each project to determine what Value Engineering or Value Added ideas and cost savings that should be considered by the Owner and Architect.
