(Dallas, TX) June 21, 2016 – Encore Commercial, LLC, a subsidiary of Dallas-based commercial real estate firm, Encore Enterprises, announced today that it has finalized the name for its latest mixed-use development in Bedford, New Hampshire. The development will be called Market and Main.
“We wanted a name that carried symbolism,” said Nicholas Barber, President of Encore Commercial. “The development will offer dining, shopping, entertainment, and more, creating a one-stop-shop marketplace for the Town of Bedford.”
Plans are currently underway to construct Main Street, the central artery leading to the development.
“With the highly successful grand opening of the new Whole Foods Market just behind us, we are pleased to see that the area is quickly growing into an exceptional regional destination for citizens of Bedford and Manchester. Market and Main will be a first-rate addition to the area, bringing exciting new shopping, dining, and recreational opportunities to our residents.” said Richard S. Sawyer, Town Manager for the Town of Bedford.
The project is experiencing tremendous response, with an abundance of proposals coming from potential tenants. Demolition of the former Macy’s building has been completed and construction is expected to commence in 2017.
