(Frisco, Texas) June 26, 2014 – Encore Office, LLC, a subsidiary of Dallas-based Encore Enterprises, Inc., in partnership with Wolverine Interests, acquired land to develop an office building featuring Gearbox Software as lead tenant of a midrise, 166,051 square foot office building in Frisco, Texas.
Located across from Toyota Stadium, home of FC Dallas, on Main Street and near the Dallas North Tollway, the property will be the newest addition to Frisco Square, an urban, mixed-use master-planned development consisting of approximately 147 acres. The plans also include the development of a five-story parking structure and retail, restaurant and fitness amenities.

With the quality of the design, favorable access and mixed-use amenities, the building will appeal to tenants seeking larger space and ample parking,” said Mark Cypert, President of Encore Office.
When complete, the entire Frisco Square master-planned development will ultimately encompass as much as 4.4 million square feet of multi-family, office, retail and government office space in a pedestrian-friendly, urban environment.
