Encore Hospitality Adds Braintree Hotel to Portfolio

(Braintree, MA) July 13, 2017 – Encore Hospitality, LLC, a subsidiary of Encore Enterprises, Inc., is pleased to announce it has purchased a Hampton Inn hotel in Braintree, Massachusetts. The 4-story, 103-room hotel currently operates as a Hampton Inn, but will be extensively renovated to achieve Hilton brand standards.

“We are excited to acquire this new hotel for our growing portfolio,” said Chairman of Encore Enterprises, Inc. Dr. Bharat Sangani. “By renovating the hotel, we will strengthen our relationship with the Hilton franchise and increase satisfaction for the hotel’s customers.”

Encore plans to invest around $25,000 per room to completely renovate all aspects of the hotel including guest rooms, meeting rooms, lobby, lounge, exterior of the building, landscaping, and the pool area.

Located in Braintree, MA, the Hampton Inn is positioned off of a major intersection that provides convenient access to Downtown Boston as well as Cape Cod.

Both properties were previously owned by Encore Hospitality and sold in 2007. The hotels are expected to undergo renovations over the next 12 months.

The McAllen Residence Inn features 78 rooms and the Tampa Hampton Inn features 132 rooms. Both hotels offer attractive amenities such as an outdoor pool, a business center, free breakfast, 350-square-feet of meeting space and high speed Internet.

Encore Global Now Has Largest Number of Regional Centers in U.S.

(Dallas, Texas) May 14, 2014 – Encore Global Investment Management, LLC, a division of Dallas-based Encore Enterprises, Inc., has received approval for four new Regional Centers in its EB-5 network, including New York/New Jersey, Colorado, Texas, and Boston. This is in addition to the existing regional centers of Alabama-Florida, Colorado, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nashville, Raleigh-Durham, and Southern California.

The EB-5 Immigrant Visa Category was created by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in 1990. It provides accredited foreign persons with an opportunity to achieve conditional and permanent residency status through investment of lawfully acquired funds (at least $500,000 within a rural area or one of high unemployment, or$1,000,000 anywhere else) in a USCIS-approved Regional Center.

To qualify, each investor must directly or indirectly, through a Regional Center, create ten full-time jobs in the United States. In return, the investor may be able to obtain an EB-5 Visa, which grants permanent residency status to the investor, respective spouses, and unmarried children under 21 years of age.
