Encore Restaurants has launched the Encore 7 Brew drive-thru stand franchise, with locations across Utah and Arizona.
In Utah, the new 7 Brew modular construction stands are set to create more than 3,000 new jobs and an additional roughly 4,500 jobs in Arizona. 60% of these are expected to be full-time positions.
Two Encore 7 Brew stands are currently operating in Utah at 2298 N. University Parkway in Provo and 877 E. 4500 South in Millcreek. One location, at 4004 W. 13400 S, in the Salt Lake City area, is expected to open in January and is currently under construction.
The brand has approximately 295 locations operating across 31 states. In February 2024, Blackstone announced a growth of investment in 7 Brew to help the new drive-thru beverage business continue its already quick expansion across the country.
