Encore Marriott Hotels Receive Multiple Awards

DALLAS — Encore Hospitality recently received notice that four of their properties have received the coveted Marriott Select Brands awards for their excellent service in 2019. The Gold Circle Award recognizes hotels that achieve the top 10% for the intent to recommend service score, while the Silver Circle Award recognizes hotels in the top 20%. The following hotels received the Gold Circle Award in 2019: Courtyard Mobile Daphne/Eastern Shore and Courtyard Biloxi North/D’Iberville. Encore’s properties that received the Silver Circle Award in 2019 include Fairfield Inn & Suites Mobile Daphne/Eastern Shore and the Residence Inn by Marriott McAllen.

Boutique Hotel Opens at The Battery Atlanta

THE BATTERY ATLANTA, GA — An upscale hotel has joined the lineup of businesses now operating at The Battery Atlanta.

Aloft Atlanta, a 142-room boutique hotel, is now open at 950 Battery Avenue near Truist Park, the Braves Development Company said this week.

The hotel’s design features a contemporary exterior and industrial, open space design elements for the interior. The loft-inspired guestrooms and suites come with large televisions, rain forest bathroom showers and free high-speed internet. Rates start at $123 per night, according to Aloft Atlanta’s website.

Nation’s First Embassy Suites, Built in OP, Has New Owner

The first constructed Embassy Suites, which happens to be in Overland Park, now has a new owner.

A fund operated by Dallas-based Encore Hospitality, LLC bought Embassy Suites by Hilton Kansas City Overland Park, which opened in 1984.

New Aloft Hotel to Rise at The Battery Atlanta

The roughly $60 million next phase of The Battery Atlanta will bring a new hotel, cinema and gourmet market to the mixed-use development that surrounds the Atlanta Braves’ home, SunTrust Park. Braves Development Co. is partnering with Encore Hospitality, LLC to build a 140-room Aloft Hotel.

Encore Hospitality, LLC Purchases Embassy Suites Indianapolis North

(Indianapolis, Indiana) February 13, 2018 – Encore Hospitality, LLC is pleased to announce that it has recently purchased Embassy Suites Indianapolis North. The 221-suite hotel originally opened in 1985 and underwent extensive renovations from 2016 through the spring of 2017, encompassing the atrium, lobby, business center, guest rooms, and meeting space.

Marriott Hotel Upgrades Complete – Announcing Open House and Networking Event

Encore Hospitality Adds Braintree Hotel to Portfolio

(Braintree, MA) July 13, 2017 – Encore Hospitality, LLC, a subsidiary of Encore Enterprises, Inc., is pleased to announce it has purchased a Hampton Inn hotel in Braintree, Massachusetts. The 4-story, 103-room hotel currently operates as a Hampton Inn, but will be extensively renovated to achieve Hilton brand standards.

“We are excited to acquire this new hotel for our growing portfolio,” said Chairman of Encore Enterprises, Inc. Dr. Bharat Sangani. “By renovating the hotel, we will strengthen our relationship with the Hilton franchise and increase satisfaction for the hotel’s customers.”

Encore plans to invest around $25,000 per room to completely renovate all aspects of the hotel including guest rooms, meeting rooms, lobby, lounge, exterior of the building, landscaping, and the pool area.

Located in Braintree, MA, the Hampton Inn is positioned off of a major intersection that provides convenient access to Downtown Boston as well as Cape Cod.

Q&C Hotel and Bar Recognized as Newest Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel

The process to convert the formerly independently owned Queen and Crescent (Q&C) hotel and bar to a Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel continues and we’re happy to share that the excitement has spread to New Orleans city officials.

The City of New Orleans, via the New Orleans City Council, has proclaimed the Q&C Hotel and Bar as one of New Orleans’ “Best Kept Secrets” and has issued an official congratulatory statement regarding our launch as an official Marriott Autograph Collection Hotel.

We also received recognition from the New Orleans Chamber of Commerce, who congratulated the Q&C on its newly achieved Autograph Collection status and noted the hotel as a global leader in hospitality for its effort to combine old-world charm with innovation and excellence.

Two Encore Hospitality Properties Recognized by Marriott International

To achieve this title the hotel ranked in the top five percent of all Courtyard hotels for guest satisfaction in 2015 according to Marriott International guest satisfaction surveys.

Encore Hospitality Adds Harrisonburg Hotel to Portfolio

(Harrisonburg, VA) March 10, 2016 – Encore Hospitality, LLC, a subsidiary of Encore Enterprises, Inc., recently purchased a hotel in Harrisonburg, VA. The 4-story, 140-room hotel currently operates as a Holiday Inn, but will be converted to a DoubleTree, after extensive upcoming renovations to satisfy Hilton brand standards.

“We are excited to acquire this new hotel for our growing portfolio,” said Chairman of Encore Enterprises, Inc. Dr. Bharat Sangani. “We are excited to continue to grow our relationship with the Hilton franchise in this new location.”

Encore plans to invest $50,000 per room to completely upgrade all aspects of the hotel including guest rooms, meeting rooms, lobby, lounge, exterior of the building, landscaping and the pool area. Once the renovations are complete, the hotel will take on the DoubleTree by Hilton name, offering all the perks of the Hilton brand and the Hilton HHonors program.

Located in Harrisonburg, VA just a mile away from James Madison University and located off of a major interchange that provides convenient access to Downtown Harrisonburg as well as Shenandoah National Park and George Washington National Forest, the hotel is centrally located for sightseeing. The hotel will also provide a new wedding and social event venue in the area as it is the only full-service hotel in the market.
