Encore Hospitality, LLC Purchases Embassy Suites Indianapolis North

(Indianapolis, Indiana) February 13, 2018 – Encore Hospitality, LLC is pleased to announce that it has recently purchased Embassy Suites Indianapolis North. The 221-suite hotel originally opened in 1985 and underwent extensive renovations from 2016 through the spring of 2017, encompassing the atrium, lobby, business center, guest rooms, and meeting space.

“We are excited to add this Embassy Suites to our expanding portfolio of hotels,” said Dr. Bharat Sangani, Chairman of Encore Enterprises, Inc. “We feel very confident in its ability to perform, particularly as it is the only full-service service hotel in the Fortune Park Executive Center.”

Located less than 12 miles from both downtown Indianapolis and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, the Embassy Suites is favorably situated in the Fortune Park business district, home to nearly 1.7 million square feet of office space. The hotel is also within three miles of St. Vincent Indianapolis Hospital, the flagship facility for Indianapolis’ largest private employer with 909 beds.

New Retail Development Announced in McKinney, Texas

(Dallas, TX) October 10, 2017 – Encore Commercial, LLC recently announced the development of Marketplace at Craig Ranch, a new multi-tenant retail center located in McKinney, Texas. Construction on the 20-acre site is projected to be completed in late 2018 and will include over 61,000-square-feet of restaurant and retail space, plus five pad sites and one medical office building. The development is situated on the northeast corner of Stacy and Custer, within a 2,200-acre master-planned, mixed-use development of Craig Ranch. The site is will be anchored by a Walmart Neighborhood Market, anticipated to open in late 2018.

Retail A, a 10,000-square-foot building, is estimated to open in February 2018. The center will include an Avenue Nails Salon, a Fantastic Sams Hair Salon, and a Thrive Affordable Care Vet, as well as a pediatric dental office. A Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steak Burgers, a Kwik Kar, a car wash, and a MedExpress Urgent Care clinic have also purchased pad sites along Stacy and Custer, along with a climate-controlled, luxury storage facility, intended for high-end items such as furs, fine wines, and jewelry.

“All that we have been able to accomplish with this site in the past year has been very rewarding,” said Mike Nelson, Encore’s Senior Vice President of Commercial. “We purchased this land back in 2014 when it was just an empty field with a Walgreens on the corner. Today, all the initial site work has been completed and we are moving forward with the vertical construction of the buildings.”

In the last 4 years, 23 American real estate companies joined TASE and issued 38 bond series with current market cap of over 17 Billion Shekels. As a result of the raising number of American bond issuers, TASE launched last month a new index, Tel-Bond Global index, which includes shekel bonds of American companies traded on the TASE. The index consist 25 bond series with a total market cap of 14.6 billion shekels.

Encore Hospitality Adds Braintree Hotel to Portfolio
